Hasil menelepon Nilam dan googling.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resep:&lt;br /&gt;Terigu buat roti/protein tinggi 500 gram&lt;br /&gt;Dry yeast 15 gram&lt;br /&gt;Susu cair 250ml&lt;br /&gt;Gula 40 gram&lt;br /&gt;Garam 1/2 sdt&lt;br /&gt;Margarin 35 gram&lt;br /&gt;Kuning telor 1&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eksperimen 1 : lumayan untuk roti kecil&lt;br /&gt;1. tepung dan ragi diaduk, tambahkan gula, telur dan mentega, lalu susu.&lt;br /&gt;harusnya telor campur susu aja, supaya tidak ngegerindil&lt;br /&gt;diaduk dan diulek pake mixer untuk roti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. diuleni, lalu Mentega dicairkan, biarkan dingin&lt;br /&gt;2. Apel dikupas dan dipotong membujur, terus diiris tipis kira-kira 1/2 cm&lt;br /&gt;3. Campur 2 sdm gula pasir dan kayu manis, lalu lumurkan ke apel. Tapi bikin pertama waktu acara masak-masak anak komaba yang dikomandani Lien, temen dari Vietnam. Ini menu favorit yang hampir selalu ada. Mungkin karena gampang dibuat terus tiap anak bisa bikin di piring mereka masing-masing. Boleh ambil sesukanya, dan sebanyaknya. Simple, tapi apa aja ada (mie, telor, sayur, seafood) jadinya seneng... &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Banyak yang dikenalin pada suka sama si harumaki ini. Si kaka suka banget deh. Sekalinya makan bisa abis berpotong-potong. Apalagi kalo dimakan sama sambal thailand. Loh, ini lintasan apa sreng2 nyam2 yak? Kok malah curhat...hehe... ya udah, ini resepnya yang paling sering dipraktekin. Resep aslinya dah ga inget lagi hehe...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Btw, harumaki ini ada dua tipe, yang nama (fresh) sama yang digoreng. Resep yang nongkrong disini yang nama-nya. Maaf yang goreng dah ga ingat lagi...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;- kulit harumaki (rice paper) 6 lembar&lt;br /&gt;- somen/bihun, rebus-tiriskan &lt;br /&gt;**enak sih pake bihun vietnam, yang warnanya ga bening. tapi karena lebih gampang nemu somen, jadilah somen yang lebih sering kepake**&lt;br /&gt;- telur 2 butir dibumbuin dan didadar, trus diiris tipis kayak buat nasi kuning&lt;br /&gt;- timun 1 batang panjang, potong kayak korek api&lt;br /&gt;- wortel 1/2 batang, potong kayak korek api tipis&lt;br /&gt;- lotus 6 lembaran&lt;br /&gt;- udang rebus atau seafood salad, pokoknya yang gurih deh yaa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pelengkap:&lt;br /&gt;saos yang dibumbuin/sambal thailand/saos khusus yang dibuat dengan air-cuka-cabe-irisan bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;1. kulit harumaki dicelupin ke air, ga usah lama-lama. ati-ati sobek. bagusnya pake wadah dengan diameter besar (sebesar diameter kulit tsb)&lt;br /&gt;2. kulit yang dah tercelup disimpan dipiring ceper, trus susun lotus, somen/bihun, timun, wortel, telur, dan udang/seafood salad, digulung kayak ngegulung dadar gulung&lt;br /&gt;3. potong jadi dua bagian, siap dihidangkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Setuju kan kalo bikinnya gampang??? Fitri dapat dari mana yaa? Hehe...&lt;br /&gt;Dari googling ternyata ada banyak macem2nya. Terus dengan bahan yang ada, resep itu dimodifikasi, sehingga akhirnya dapat nugget untuk buka puasa hari ini. Alhamdulillah...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Nugget 1: seadanya di rumah&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bahan : &lt;br /&gt;- 500gr ayam cincang&lt;br /&gt;- 100gr tepung roti&lt;br /&gt;- 150ml susu&lt;br /&gt;- 3 btr telur&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bumbu halus:&lt;br /&gt;- 7 siung bw. putih, diulek&lt;br /&gt;- 2 sdm garam&lt;br /&gt;- 3 sdt merica&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bahan pencelup:&lt;br /&gt;- 2 btr telur, kocok lepas&lt;br /&gt;- 150gr tepung roti&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&gt;&gt;kalau cara membuatnya sih sama aja dengan yang asli di bawah ini. tapi yg saya sebelum dicelupin telur dibalurin dulu ke terigu, baru masuk telor, trus masuk tepung roti. nah klo ide terigu ini dapetnya dari mba vivi. hasil ngebuzz juga sih&lt;br /&gt;hehe...&lt;br air secukupnya dalam panci tunggu hingga&lt;br /&gt;mendidih&lt;br /&gt;3. cetak adonan daging dgn menggunakan tangan kanan&lt;br /&gt;untuk membentuk&lt;br /&gt;dan kiri siap menyendok hasil Menurut para ahli, pola makan kaya lemak dapat menghasilkan zat kimia dalam usus yang ketika berhubungan dengan bakteri akan merubahnya menjadi estrogen sebagai penyebab kanker. Etsrogen ini kemudian disimpan dalam jaringan lemak payudara sehingga membuat sel dalam area ini lebih mungkin tumbuh menjadi kanker. Dengan membatasi konsumsi lemak sehari-hari sampai kira-kira 20 persen dari seluruh konsumsi kalori, anda berarti telah mengurangi peluang tumbuhnya kanker payudara. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tingkatkan konsumsi serat &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Konsumsi buah-buahan dan sayuran penting untuk mencegah kanker payudara. Potong-potong daging, bawang dan seledri.&lt;br /&gt;2. Daging direbus sampai empuk bersama bawang dan seledri. &lt;br /&gt;Kalau ga ada seledri, boleh juga pakai jahe. Ini buat ngilangin aroma ga enak dari daging aja.&lt;br /&gt;2. Sambil nunggu, potong bawang bombay dan paprika&lt;br /&gt;3. Kalau dah empuk, dagingnya diambil, terus air rebusannya disaring.&lt;br /&gt;Ini biar busanya ga ikut2. Rebusannya bisa jadi kaldu yang enak untuk dicampur sama aneka masakan&lt;br /&gt;4. Enak...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kata kunci: serba 100&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mentega 100g &lt;br /&gt;Gula 100g&lt;br /&gt;Terigu 100g&lt;br /&gt;Telur 3btr&lt;br /&gt;Pisang 2 buah (dilumatkan)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Caranya:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan oven, 170 derajat &lt;br /&gt;2. Mentega ditim supaya mencair, trus gula ikut dimasukin sampai agak larut&lt;br /&gt;3. Sambil nungguin dan siapkan loyang, lapisi kertas. Lalu lumatkan pisang&lt;br /&gt;2. Mentega-gula diangkat, tunggu sampai agak dingin, masukan telur, pisang, dan terigu bergantian&lt;br /&gt;3. Karena mentega mahal, menteganya saya ganti minyak. Trus karena males pake mixer (lebih lama, pake listrik, dsb), maen2 pake tangan aja (pengocok tangan, red).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Telur 2 butir&lt;br /&gt;Gula 100g&lt;br /&gt;Tepung 75g&lt;br /&gt;Coklat bubuk 25g (pake vanhouten sih disini)&lt;br /&gt;Backing Powder 1sdt (5g)&lt;br /&gt;Minyak 100ml&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lebih enak lagi ditambah kismis sama kenari&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Caranya:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Panasin oven, kira2 170 derajat&lt;br /&gt;2. Lapisin loyang dengan kertas roti atau olesin mentega dan taburi terigu&lt;br /&gt;3. Terigu, coklat, sama bp dicampur trus diayak 3 kali biar nyampurnya rata&lt;br /&gt;4. Trus di tempat lain telor dicampur sama gula (satu2 aja, ganti-gantian masukin telor sama menteganya). Kalo pake mixer, teorinya dikocok sampe putih dan ngembang.&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukin campuran terigu, berganti-gantian dengan minyak, sampe smua masuk&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukin juga kismis dan atau kenari yang udah dipotong-potong.&lt;br /&gt;7.
